Zack's pedigree training (27 years at The Savoy Grill and a spell at Browns Hotel) makes him truly a rare breed, a consummate professional in wine service and expertise. Zack is highly esteemed for his exceptional knowledge on trends and wine pairing. His warm personality, knowledge, passion and infectious enthusiasm encourage guests to try new wines and make bolder selections to enhance their overall dining experience. The wine list at Roux at The Landau has been enhanced with the addition of some selected wines hand picked by legendary Le Gavroche former General Manager Silvano Giraldin.
