Franco has an illustrious career which has included Restaurant Manager at The Grill at Browns Hotel when it re-opened in 2005 and prior to that has over 20 years experience at The Savoy Grill under the tutelage of its famed long-time manager, Angelo Maresco. Franco now heads the front of house team at Roux at The Landau. His natural and engaging style, warm personality and soft Italian tones are sure to charm every diner. His old school pedigree translates into him leading a dynamic restaurant brigade, inspiring them to deliver effortless elegant, intuitive and unstuffy service in the classic tradition.
