MasterChef - February 2009 The penultimate episode of BBC's MasterChef, filmed in The Landau's kitchen and private dining room, Postillion, aired in the UK on 25th February. The contestants face two daunting challenges, the second of which is to cook for eight of the world's best chefs who hold 16 Michelin stars between them. With direction from The Landau's Executive Chef, Andrew Turner, the contestants have to deliver three world class courses. View the episode The Inaugural Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Centre Creative Arts Fellowship - October 2008 On the 15th October The Rockefeller Foundation held a lavish event in The Landau to announce the inaugural recipients of its Bellagio Creative Arts Fellowships. Serpentines Director, Julia Peyton-Jones introduced a series of speakers, guests enjoyed an endless flow of wine and a delicious mint sorbet and cake dessert. Harper's Bazaar's Women of the Year Awards 2008 - September 2008 On the 1st September The Landau hosted the glamourous Harper's Bazaar's Women of the Year Awards 2008. Style setters sipped champagne with industry execs, whilst The Landau staff provided impeccable service, before Claudia Winkleman took to the stage to announce this year's winners. Laurent-Perrier Chelsea Flower Show dinner – May 2008 May saw a wonderful event attended by the top Laurent-Perrier executives in celebration of the Chelsea Flower Show, of which they are one of the main sponsors. The Landau provided impeccable service and a memorable event was enjoyed by all. Dom Perignon Launch Party Hosted by Claudia Schiffer - February 2008 Claudia Schiffer and Dom Pérignon hosted a fabulous party at The Landau in February, to celebrate the launch of the Dom Pérignon OEnothèque vintage 1995. The iconic images that Karl Lagerfeld shot of her for the campaign covered the walls of The landau, while Billy Zane, Kelly Brook, Jade Parfitt and Sophie Ellis-Bextor listened to music from the Gorillaz and sipped the newly released vintage. The Landau Launch Party - February 2008 Covered in Hello! magazine, The Landau's launch party on the 7th February, with over 400 guests, was a spectacular event, celebrating the opening of this principle dining destination in London Filming hire Chateau Monty - October 2008 The Landau had the pleasure in hosting a small filming party for Channel Four's, Chateau Monty aired on Thursday 9th October. Masterchef - September 2008 The Landau welcomed BBC 2's Masterchef in to film an Chef's Table episode to be aired in February/March 2009. Featuring The Landau's Head Chef, Andrew Turner, contestants battled it out in The Landau's kitchens to impress the judges. With a large production crew on site, The Landau's team provided the impeccable service, flexibility and assistance to ensure the filming was completed successfully on time.
